At Little Lotus Buds, we specialize in providing children's yoga classes in a fun and nurturing environment. Our classes focus on mindfulness, movement, and relaxation to help children develop strength, flexibility, and self-awareness. Offering classes to preschools, daycare centres, after school programs, and camps(coming soon).

Offering a chance to make movement fun for the whole family, classes suitable for kids 3+ but an exception can always be made your moments may just look different than the rest 💕.

 

School's Out Day Camp

Welcome lotus buddies! When there is no school for PD days, stat holidays, or seasonal breaks we are here to provide an environment for kiddos to have fun, learn skills, and enjoy the outdoors!

What age groups are your classes for?

Our kids yoga classes are currently designed for children ages 3-12, with separate sessions for different age groups.

Camps are ages 4-12, if you are interested and your child is not in this range please reach out and let's discuss!

Do parents participate in the Yoga Sessions?

No, all our classes are unparented. We know it can be hard to leave your little ones, but trust us they will learn on a whole new way when left with us and their own creativity! 

What should my child wear to class?

Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bare feet or socks. They only need a water bottle for class.
